Rehbein adds the state now wants to do additional testing to see if it can pinpoint the source of that pollution…………………
The Appleton Redevelopment Authority has already approved the sale of 222 North Oneida Street to Valley Transit for development of a mixed-use building that would house a new transit center on the ground floor. The purchase agreement included $50,000 for environmental remediation on the site.
