APPLETON, Wis–An arrest is made in connection with a shots fired incident in Appleton. 23-year-old Francisco Alvarado was taken into custody this week on charges of Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle, Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Disorderly Conduct.
Alvarado is suspected of firing shots in the area of Linwood Avenue and Pershing Street back on April 14th. No one was hurt and there was no property damage. Formal charges are pending.
