GREEN BAY, WI — Green Bay Police make an arrest in a fatal shooting incident. The 23-year old Green Bay man turned himself in on Saturday–a day after a 24-year old Green Bay man was shot to death in the 11-hundred block of Cass Street. It is believed the suspect and the victim knew each other, and that the shooting was the result of an on-going dispute. Criminal charges are pending.
A suspect is in custody in connection with a stabbing incident in Green Bay. Jahir De-La-Pena Rodriguez faces counts of attempted first degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Police were called to a home in the 13-hundred block of Klaus Street around 3:00 Sunday morning to find a 24-year old Green Bay man with a stab wound. His condition has not been released. Cash bond is set at $75,000 for De-La-Pena Rodriguez.

A suspect is also in custody in connection with a stabbing incident in Green Bay. Police were called to a home in the 1300 block of Klaus Street around 3:00 Sunday morning to find a 24-year old Green Bay man with a stab wound. His condition has not been released.
A 20-year old Green Bay man was arrested a short time later following a brief foot chase involving a canine unit. Criminal charges are pending.
