APPLETON, Wis. — The Appleton Public Library is offering virtual tours of its renovated facility.
The library has released an animated video showing what the outside and inside will look like.
Some features and amenities were removed after initial bids came in $14 million over budget.
Construction will get underway soon, with a groundbreaking ceremony set for July 25.
