APPLETON, Wis–The case of a teenager accused of shooting another boy in Appleton’s Erb Park will remain in adult court. An Outagamie County judge denies a request from the defense for Cashmere Williams to have the 16-year old waived back into juvenile court.
Williams shot another teen at the park back in July. He has entered a plea of “not guilty” to one count of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide. No trial date has been set.
