NEENAH, Wis–Officials with the newly-merged ThedaCare and Froedtert health systems provide more information on how the joint venture will operate. In addition to a central board of directors, Co-Chair Jim Kotek says there will be regional boards to oversee operations……….
As far as a new name for the joint venture goes, President Doctor Imran Andrabi says that hasn’t been considered yet……..
Andrabi adds that there has been no decision yet where a corporate headquarters will be located…..
The ThedaCare-Froedtert merger became official on January 1st.
