WAUPACA, Wis. — A Green Bay man is sentenced to seven years and nine months in prison for shooting a fellow tuber on the Wolf River.
Cornelius Russell is also sentenced in Waupaca County Court to five years on extended supervision for Aggravated Battery Causing Great Bodily Harm.
Russell shot another man during a tubing trip on the Wolf back in July of 2021.
