BARABOO, Wis–Federal prosecutors are taking over the case of a former Outagamie County official accused of engaging in child pornography. Adam Westbrook had been facing four counts each of Child Sexual Exploitation and Possession of Child Porn in Sauk County Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Westbrook recorded sexually explicit videos of a boy at a Lake Delton hotel and shared them with a Racine County Sheriff’s deputy earlier this month. He resigned as Outagamie County human resources director shortly after his arrest late last week. Westbrook also served as a volunteer director for school musicals in Kaukauna and Menasha.
No federal charges have been filed yet.
