MANITOWOC, WI — The mother of a missing three-year-old boy says she’s not guilty. Katrina Baur, the mother of Elijah Vue, waives her right to a preliminary hearing during her arraignment Friday afternoon. She’s charged with Chronic Neglect of a Child with a party to a crime modifier, two charges of Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Neglecting a Child. Baur left her son, Elijah Vue, with her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, at his Two Rivers residence. Vang reported Elijah Vue missing February 20, when he says he woke from a nap and was unable to find the boy. Vang is also charged with Chronic Neglect of a Child with a party to a crime modifier. He has a preliminary hearing on April 4th. Further court proceedings for Katrina Baur are scheduled for April 26th.
