APPLETON, Wis–The founder of Irish Fest Fox Cities, and the owner of a downtown Appleton pub, has died. Family members confirm that Matt Miller passed away suddenly on Monday.
Miller initially launched Irish Fest in Oshkosh before bringing the music and cultural festival to Appleton. He was also the owner of McGuinness Pub.
