ASHWAUBENON, Wis–Two people are dead, two others are seriously injured, in a crash in Ashwaubenon. The Brown County Sheriff’s Office says a 19-year old Wabeno woman ran off westbound Highway 172 near Oneida Street around 5:50 this (Monday) morning. The vehicle struck a number of trees and came to a rest behind a strip mall.
The driver and a 16-year old Green Bay girl were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. A 19-year old Green Bay woman and an 18-year old woman from Wausau were pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
