MOAB, Utah — A Green Bay man and his adult daughter die while hiking during high heat in Utah.
The National Park Service says the 52-year-old man and 23-year-old woman became lost in Canyonlands National Park on Friday. They were found during a search operation by park rangers and Bureau of Land Management personnel.
The park service says the pair had run out of water in an area where the air temperature measured 100 degrees at the time.
The incident is under investigation. The names of the victims have not been released.
