APPLETON, Wis–A Kaukauna man who had his trial on child pornography charges delayed 46 times reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Travis Huss is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of Attempted Possession of Child Pornography, while nine other charges are dismissed.
Huss downloaded illegal images from the internet in the summer of 2015. His initial trial resulted in a mistrial, and attempts to try him again were rescheduled nearly four dozen times over the ensuring nine years.
He faces up to 12-years in prison when sentenced on October 8th.
