GREEN BAY, Wis–The death of an inmate at the Green Bay Correctional Institution is believed to be a murder. Police were called to the prison in Allouez around 9:35 Tuesday night to find Micah Laureano dead.
Fellow inmate Jackson Vogel has been identified as a suspect in that death. No charges have been filed yet.
Laureano was serving a three year prison term for Armed Robbery in Waukesha County. Vogel is on a 20-year prison sentence for Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide out of Manitowoc County.
