APPLETON, Wis. — The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office makes two arrests in connection with an overdose death.
Cole Simon and Travis Neshek — both from Black Creek — are accused of providing fentanyl to a 27-year-old man found dead in his Black Creek home on July 19.
Simon is charged with First-Degree Reckless Homicide, while Neshek is facing five counts of Delivery of Fentanyl and one count of Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place.
