MANITOWOC, Wis. — A Green Alert is issued for a missing Manitowoc veteran.
Authorities believe Jason Neumann, 43, disappeared on Monday.
Neumann’s 2019 Toyota 4Runner was found in Lake Michigan near the village of Cleveland on Tuesday. The vehicle was in drive and in shallow water.
Neumann is described as 5-foot-8 and about 220 pounds, with blue eyes and blondish hair. He has an Army – AIRBORN symbol tattoo on one of his upper arms.
Anyone with information on Neumann’s whereabouts should contact the Manitowoc Police Department.
