APPLETON, Wis. — Two men are arrested on suspicion of their fourth drunk driving offenses.
A state trooper pulled over David Rojas of Menasha for speeding on W. Spencer Street around 7 p.m. Saturday.
About three-and-a-half hours later, a trooper pulled over Gary Kelly of Greenville for a seatbelt violation on W. Wisconsin Avenue.
Rojas and Kelly allegedly failed field sobriety tests and were arrested for operating while intoxicated — fourth offense. Criminal charges against both men are pending.
