GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man will spend five years in prison for his role in a shooting incident.
Avion Simbler is also sentenced in Brown County Court to five years on extended supervision for first-degree reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Simbler and his brother, Anthony, used an untraceable “ghost gun” to shoot a 20-year-old Green Bay man at a Humboldt Road residence in December of 2022.
Anthony Simbler is already serving a seven-year prison term.
