Appleton Police involved in incident on North Bay Street

APPLETON, WI — Appleton Police are working through an active incident in the 2600 block of North Bay Street. Officers were called to a residences for a weapons call at 3:00 PM. That’s led to an increased police presence in that area of North Bay Street. Officers are speaking with a person at that location. Appleton Police are asking residents in that area to shelter in place and for the public to avoid the area. We’ll bring you updated information as it becomes available.
