GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man will be committed to a state mental institution for killing two of his relatives.
Oscar Lemus-Franco was found guilty in Brown County Court on two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
Lemus-Franco shot and killed Gerson Alvarez-Franco and Jaime Lemus during a family gathering in September of 2020.
Before his commitment, Lemus-Franco will spend 15 years in prison for a physical attack on a police officer during his arrest.
