GREEN BAY, Wis. — A suspect in a Green Bay shooting incident reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Freddrick Love-Kennedy is convicted in Brown County Court on a reduced count of first-degree reckless injury.
Love-Kennedy was 15 when he shot a 16-year-old along Mills Street back in April of last year.
He faces up to 25 years in prison when sentenced on March 14.
