APPLETON, Wis. — Sentence is handed down for a Little Chute woman in connection with the drug overdose death of her young daughter.
Seal also receives 18 months initial confinement running concurrently with 18 months of extended supervision for possession of an illegal article. She was also given 418 days credit for time served. That conviction was in connection with allowing a drug dealer to stay in her apartment.
Seal was arrested in January 2024 after toxicology reports show her daughter, Rosalie Garcia, died from fentanyl poisoning.
Police recovered a backpack with nearly 1,500 fentanyl pills from a laundry room at her residence.
