APPLETON, Wis. — A Kaukauna man accused of killing his passenger in a drunk driving motorcycle crash reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Zachary Burr is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, while three other charges are dismissed.
Burr crashed his motorcycle at Taylor and Depot streets in Kaukauna back in August of last year. His passenger, Arianna Stevens, was killed. Burr left the scene before police arrived.
He faces up to 25 years in prison when sentenced on June 16.
