OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Oshkosh Area School District continues to see a gap between how teachers see kids at risk for behavioral problems and how kids view themselves. Every year the district takes part in social, academic, and emotional behaviors testing, where students assess their own risks, as do their teachers.
Director of Student Services Matt Kaemmerer says teachers still see greater risk in students of color……..
The SAEBRs report also finds that Oshkosh teachers are more like to rank boys as higher risks for behavioral problems than girls………..
