The percentage of positive COVID-19 tests in Wisconsin declines on Friday. The state Department of Health Services says 13.8% of tests were positive–compared to near record high of 17.4% on Thursday. There were four deaths reported today–bringing that total to 1,197.
Winnebago County reports 83 new cases. Outagamie County was up by 89. Brown County added 58-cases. Calumet County had 11 more–and Fond du Lac County added 40.
