More grants are going to nonprofits with money from a COVID-19 Response Fund.
The United Way Fox Cities and Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region are providing nearly $101,000 to 11 groups.

Pillars will receive nearly $24,000 for a four-month pilot project with ThedaCare. They’re reporting a significant increase in the number of homeless patients being admitted for psychiatric care. The money will be used to give them a safe place to stay, and provide support, after they’re released from a hospital.
Casa Esther in Omro is getting $15,000 to provide basic needs and legal advocacy for people applying for immigration documentation.
