The CEO of Oshkosh Corporation is stepping down next year.
Wilson Jones is retiring April second. Jones is reflecting on what really stands out for him in his five years in that position. He says they started focusing on people, not just products.
In 2016 they conducted two engagement surveys. Jones notes the first one wasn’t good but improved a lot the second time around. Jones feels the 15,000 people that work at the company consider it theirs.
Company president and chief operating officer John Pfeifer will fill Wilson’s role.
