A Green Bay man accused of stabbing a driver to death and injuring a bartender is now competent to stand trial. Doctors believe Wesley Brice is able to assist in his own defense on charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide, Reckless Endangerment, Intimidation of a Victim, and False Imprisonment. Brice allegedly stabbed a bartender in a Broadway tavern before running into the street and killing a driver that was waiting for a passing train back in March. He has been undergoing in-patient mental health treatment since then. Brice will return to Brown County Court next Thursday for his preliminary hearing.
