An Amber Alert is issued for a 13-year-old boy abducted outside his home in Milwaukee.
Terrence Trammell’s mother says the teen was taking out the garbage when four unknown African American males got out of a car and forced him into the vehicle. The incident happened just after 8:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of North 59th Street.
