A Ripon teacher that was the subject of a child pornography investigation is dead. The Ripon School District says Rick Kelm passed away this week. His death comes as state investigators look into alleged trading of child porn on the internet. A search warrant was served on Kelm’s house this month and he has been on leave. Kelm was also a former football coach at Ripon High School.
