A $1 million bond is set for a 15-year-old Milwaukee boy charged with shooting and killing a 31-year-old Green Bay man in the parking lot of a local Walgreens.
Jeremiah Robinson was charged as an adult Monday with first degree intentional homicide, possession of heroin with the intent to deliver and possession of a firearm on school property. According to Action Two News, the officer who arrested Robinson found a gun and 47 baggies believed to contain heroin in the backpack Robinson was carrying. Green Bay Assistant District Attorney Kari Hoffman says an officer told her the items were packaged for sale, not individual use.
Hoffman says Robinson claims the shooting was in self defense. But she says injuries to the victim were to his back as he was running away. According to Hoffman, surveillance video shows the victim running away.
Police say an adult, Jeremy Fink, ran from the scene and they’re still looking for him.
