The attorney for a Missouri man accused of killing two Shawano County brothers is asking for a delay in his client’s federal fraud trial. Garland Nelson is facing Wire Fraud charges in connection with the illegal sale of cattle provided to him by Nick and Justin Diemel in 2019. Nelson is facing state murder charges for allegedly killing the Diemels when they came to collect payment on the cows. His attorney says he needs more time to prepare for the federal case.
