OSHKOSH, Wis–The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office releases video footage of a boat collision on the Fox River. The video comes from a security camera along the river and shows a powerboat leaving the shoreline and striking the On the Loos Cruise paddle-wheeler before leaving the scene.
The boat’s owner, Jason Lindemann, was arrested a few days later–but still has not been criminally charged. Investigators have now contacted all 43-people on the Loos Cruise, and all seven on the powerboat.
