GREEN BAY, Wis–The Brown County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a serial shoplifter. Enrique Soto, Junior is wanted in connection with a string of retail thefts around the Green Bay area.
Soto was already facing dozens of felony and misdemeanor charges dating back to 2021. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the Brown County Sheriff’s office.
