BELLEVUE, Wis–The Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrests a woman accused of making dozens of fake 911 calls. Holly Arcand allegedly placed 18-calls to the emergency line in mid-December claiming there were disturbances, drug sales, and weapons incidents along Seville Drive in Bellevue. In each case, departments conducted emergency responses.
The calls resumed this week and were reportedly traced back to Arcand. Investigators recommend she face charges of Swatting, Misuse of 911 and Obstructing an Officer.
