OSHKOSH, Wis–Criminal charges are filed against an Omro man accused of killing his girlfriend. Joseph Olvera is facing counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Reckless Endangerment in Winnebago County Court.
Olvera is accused of killing Johanna Schultz in an Omro home on March 11th, and then engaging police in an armed standoff for several hours. He faces life in prison if convicted.
