GRAND CHUTE, Wis–A troubled Grand Chute motel is appealing the suspension of its operating license. The Outagamie County Health and Human Services Committee voted earlier this month to suspend the license of the Rodeway Inn following failures in 18-inspections in the course of a year.
The Grand Chute Town Board has also voted to revoke a business license for the motel. The Health and Human Services Committee has until June 11th to decide if they will uphold their license revocation.
The owner of the Rodeway has also threatened to sue to get his licenses back.
