APPLETON, Wis–An Appleton man that fired gunshots from the roof of a church building will spend 15-and-a-half years in prison. James Cooper is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to five years on extended supervision for Reckless Endangerment and Discharging a Gun in a School Zone.
Cooper initially pulled a gun on a worker at Saint Bernadette Parish before making his way to the roof of a building on the campus and firing shots in the air back in May of last year. No one was hurt in that incident.
