KAUKAUNA, Wis–Kaukauna Police release the name of an officer involved in a shooting earlier this month. Sergeant Michael Frank shot a 28-year old Oshkosh man in a vehicle while investigating a report of a runaway teen with an adult.
The man that was shot survived–and has not been identified. Frank remains on administrative leave while the Appleton Police Department continues its investigation into that incident.
