OSHKOSH, WI — Super Bowl Sunday will mark the end of business for Zaroni’s A Macaroni and Pizza Pub in Oshkosh. The restaurant announces on its Facebook page that February 11th will be the last day of operations. Zaroni’s owner and current Winnebago County Executive Jon Doemel cited challenges from the pandemic and his desire to focus on county business as contributing factors in the decision to shutdown operations. Doemel also uses the closing announcement to declare he’s running for re-election as county executive in 2025.
