MENASHA, Wis. — A man is in custody after allegedly operating a gas-powered motor bicycle while drunk.
Menasha police were investigating a suspicious person complaint near Oneida Street and Plank Road Monday afternoon when they encountered the man on the bike.
The suspect drove down a wooded walking trail and then into a neighborhood, where he was found behind some houses.
He was arrested on charges of Operating While Intoxicated and Operating Without a License, which police say is needed for a gas-powered bicycle.
