On my show, I often time refer to the state of Wisconsin as “the prettiest girl at the ball”.
When I say that, I’m referring to the fact that for the entire year, we have been one of the major focal points in the world of Presidential politics. People from all over the political world have taken an interest in the political activity of our state. And, for the record, as far as I’m concerned, that is a good thing.
Patti Vasquez hosts “Driving It Home with Patti Vasquez” on AM 820 WCPT based out of Chicago, and is not afraid to share her opinions about this years race.
Not only is she politically active in her state, but she has also engaged in door knocking in several neighborhoods around Wisconsin.
She joined me on my show on Monday to talk about that door knocking effort, otherwise known as Soles to the Polls, the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump, and provided a little snippet into how Illinois politics works, which I found absolutely fascinating.
