When I created this show, I always wanted it to be a place where people could talk politics from any perspective, and more importantly, in a cordial manner.
Luther Abel is the night editor for the conservative publication The National Review and I had him as a guest on my show on Tuesday.
We talked about a number of different issues facing the political world today including the state of Wisconsin politics with the new maps, the lack of meaningful discourse surrounding healthcare, and the second assassination attempt of Donald Trump.
Do we agree on everything we talk about? Of course we don’t. What we do though, is engage in a dialogue that allows new ideas to be heard, and highlight that there is plenty of room to agree in these issues.
If you didn’t get a chance to listen to the conversation live, I’m including the audio for the episode at the top of the article.
Our conversation starts 42 minutes in.
