APPLETON, Wis. — A Kaukauna man who had his trial on child pornography charges delayed 46 times will spend six months in jail.
Travis Huss is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to three years on probation for Attempted Possession of Child Pornography.
Huss was originally charged in July of 2015 after investigators found illegal images on a computer in his home. An initial trial ended in a mistrial, and efforts to try him again were delayed for more than eight years, often by requests to change attorneys or problems with evidence.
