FOND DU LAC, Wis. — A Fond du Lac man is in custody following an early-morning fight and shooting that left another man in stable condition.
Police were called to a business parking lot on N. Main Street around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Upon arrival they found a 24-year-old man who’d been shot in his arm and shoulder. He was treated at the scene and taken to a local hospital.
Police soon learned the victim was shot by another man in a vehicle that fled the scene. The suspect was arrested without incident at his home in the 200 block of N. Lincoln Avenue.
Fond du Lac police are seeking charges of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, 1st-Degree Reckless Injury, Battery, Disorderly Conduct and two counts of misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
The suspect and victim have not been identified.
