APPLETON, Wis. — The first snow event of the season results in a pair of tow bans.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office issues a ban for Interstate 41 and State Highway 441.
A ban is also in place for all of Brown County.
A tow ban means tow trucks are not allowed to pull out vehicles that go into ditches.
It is not known when the bans may be lifted.
