According to the complaint, those three held meetings on February 11th, March 9th, and May 2nd of this year without proper public notice. The meetings were with Wisconsin Towns Association Executive Director Michael Koles.
According to a deposition of Koles, the meetings dealt with personnel issues in Grand Chute. The board members also asked for advice in hiring a law firm to help them fire March.
The former Town Administrator has a wrongful termination lawsuit still pending against the same three board members in Green Bay Federal Court. If found to have violated state open meetings laws, Van Eperen, Wolff, and Ings could be fined.
