OSHKOSH, Wis–U-W Oshkosh names its new chancellor. Manohar Singh is named to the position, starting on July 1st.
Singh is currently the Interim President of Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut. He will succeed Andrew Leavitt, who is stepping down after 11-years as chancellor.
