The man convicted of kidnapping Jayme Closs, and killing her parents, is now in an out-of-state prison.
Twenty-one-year-old Jake Patterson was moved yesterday to an undisclosed place. He was initially taken to the state’s prison in Waupun.
Patterson is serving two life sentences, without the possibility of parole.
He pleaded guilty to the murders of James and Denise Closs, and the kidnapping of 13-year-old Jayme. Patterson took the girl to a cabin in the Town of Gordon, last October, and she escaped three months later.
