A follower of former Green Bay Packers player Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila was led out of a courtroom in handcuffs this morning.
Ryan Desmith refused to sign his $2,500 signature bond on a charge of carrying a concealed weapons. He was also disruptive during his first court hearing, and he didn’t show up for his second one.
Court Commissioner Cynthia Vopal told Desmith he wasn’t cooperating, and ordered him to be taken into custody. She said he would be released after he signed.
Desmith and Jordan Salmi are facing charges, after prosecutors say they brought concealed guns to a Christmas pageant at a Green Bay church. KGB didn’t want his children to be in the pageant for religious reasons.
